Our Patients Love Us and So Will You

Well, I had braces when I was younger for about six years. I got them off and over the years, they started to move. Then, I hit my mid-30s and they started to get really bad and I became really self-conscious again, but I didn't want to go through the whole braces process.

So, I had a consultation with Dr. R. He suggested Invisalign. Now I've been wearing them for about eight months, I have four months left. It's been a super smooth, easy process. I'm really glad that I decided to do this in my older age. I get the benefits of braces, but I can take them out when I have a social event. If I just need a break from them for a second, I can take them out. They're really, really easy. I have a little carrying case, just in and out. It's not all of the complexity that went along with the full set of braces that I had when I was younger.

It makes me feel great. One thing that used to bother me a lot was my profile because I had some buck teeth happening. Now, when I see pictures of myself smiling from the side, I can see such a big difference. I'm noticing that it's not bothering me as much when I look at pictures of myself from the side.

This is a family. Everybody knows you when you walk in. You really feel like you are part of that family when you are here. The process has been really smooth. It is an investment, so I'm really happy that I was able to invest in my teeth, but also in such an amazing office with such wonderful people and doctors.

My younger daughter, Eva, has had the underbite treatment. She started that when she was five years-old. I think she was one of the youngest patients they ever had start that and now her smile is beautiful and my middle daughter, she's undergoing braces right now with them. Her smile is completely different. When she would smile before, her bottom teeth would show. It was very noticeable. They would be the first things that you see and now her smile is normal. I would definitely refer this practice to another parent. I know parents all over the community in elementary school, middle school, high school and I would definitely tell them that they take care of you here. They're always friendly and I don't have any complaints.

Well, it's my second go-around with braces. I had braces as a kid. I was a really bad patient, did everything that I shouldn't, chewed on apples, and gum, and corn, and all those things that pop your braces off, and then never wore my retainer. As a result, I had spaces in my teeth and I really wasn't happy with my smile. It wasn't top of my list of things to fix, but once I realized that it would make a difference in just how I felt, I decided to go forward with it and I'm very, very that I did. I left with top and bottom retainer that you have to wear every single night and if you don't wear it, you're going to not have the result that you wish. Then you come back for periodic checkups and they make sure that the retainer's still fitting properly, your teeth haven't shifted, and that there's nothing else that they need to do to adjust to make sure that you remain in the perfect condition you were when you left.

Definitely more confident. I'm not the person that says, "Don't take a picture with me," because I know that my smile is going to be pretty. No, I just feel better about myself, so it was a really good decision to have the braces. It's not a long time in your life, so where braces may be ... You may be a little bit self-conscious, particularly as an adult that you're wearing braces, the end results definitely outweighs anything that you go through, through the entire time. Again, it's relatively painless and you come out with a great result. If having a better smile and being more confident is what you're aiming for, then I would say, absolutely come here.

Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein have very different personalities, but they're both—they have huge hearts,they both do, and they're both wonderful with the children and with myself. Dr. Rothstein was so kind. I can give you an example: one day, I called the office, it was after hours and one of my sons had the wire sticking in. It was very uncomfortable. He wouldn't have been able to last through the night and Dr. Rothstein doesn't live that far away from us. And I thought it was amazing, he said, “Just meet me at the Dunkin' Donuts around the corner. We share the same Dunkin' Donuts.“

So, literally, we met in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts. Dr. Rothstein had his kit and he fixed him up so well. He said he fixed him up so well I didn't even have to come back to the office until the next scheduled visit.

So, customer service wise, and just kind and caring, and always there to make sure that you're happy, and everything is good.

I've been to other doctors and I feel like they kind of rush you in and out and they don't really take the time to get to know you. But in this office, every staff person you meet with wants to know who you are, what you do, what you like. Each and every one of them have told me about themselves and really developed a connection with me.

I think I might be one of the rarest cases. I don't really feel pain, it doesn't bother me so much. I don't have that difficult of a time speaking, so it's been pretty good. And every challenge that I faced primarily in the beginning of my treatment, I've been able to call the office and get any kind of guidance or help and how to overcome them.

I'm really not a self-conscious human, I just kind of do my thing, but it's really awesome to be able to show people what this journey's gonna be like, and I know I have a lot of adult friends who are also interested in improving their smiles and to be able to tell them about my experience and let them know that it's okay and primarily, who to go to and who's gonna treat them the best.

My teeth were fine until my fifth pregnancy. At that point, I could physically feel them moving. I had significant crowding. It made me feel very insecure and very uncomfortable. My husband kept telling me not worry, it’s not a big deal, no one notices it. I would smile with my mouth shut.

One day, I'm teaching a preschool class and a little 3-year-old girl comes up and says, “What's wrong with your teeth?“ From the mouth of babes, they tell the truth.

I said to my husband, “You know what? I'm gonna get it fixed because I don't feel comfortable. Even this little girl noticed.“ I came in and I didn't want to have full-on braces. Dr. Wohlgemuth offered the Invisalign option. He felt like it would work.

Dr. Rothstein actually took me under his wing at that point. He was new here at that point. We did the Invisalign. The Invisalign worked really nicely on the top. On the bottom, I had significant crowding, which I had had but it was never really noticeable on the bottom. Now that we were fixing everything, let's get it done right.

They put some braces on at the bottom and it worked. It just worked. I'm so happy I can smile with my mouth open. If they need orthodontic work in the Boca Raton area, this is the place to go, no questions asked. I trust Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein's judgment. They're wonderful people. They are dedicated to this. They're dedicated to making their patients happy. They're dedicated to making their smiles beautiful. They won't let you out the door until it's perfect. It always is perfect.

Using technology appropriately is a big part of dentistry these days. If you use it to serve the ultimate end result for the patient, and you get a result better, faster, easier, that's great for everybody involved. There's a lot of technology that doesn't necessarily serve the end need and there's a lot of technology that could be used and isn't used, they need to put it all together and again, serve that one end result. I think they do a fine job with it here.

I've seen it on my own family. My wife's getting Invisalign treatment that simply wasn't available many years ago, and she doesn't have to go through, as an adult woman who's a physician and interacts with patients, she can have the orthodontic treatment she's always wanted, and not have to have tinsel teeth.

Well, I started just because of some crowding on the bottom that I wanted to see if I could do Invisalign, a relatively easier route, but it was discovered that I had bone loss. And, talking to Dr. R. and his thinking about the future, it seems like the right thing to have, the Wilckodontics procedure to correct that. Then, that enabled them to correct the teeth by putting the braces on. They are very competent, which I think is most important but you get the added perks of their friendliness and they're just so welcoming. Laurie, the tech that I have, she explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what she was doing in there. It's wonderful and great.

I've been seeing Dr. R. He's fantastic. He seems very genuine, again, friendly, knowledgeable, patient. He'll explain everything, all of my questions, be they silly or not. He doesn't blink twice, takes his time. He'll repeat things. He's wonderful to work with. To start with, the office staff because, of course, that's where you'll begin when you enter the office and they're wonderful, how they greet you and process you quickly, no problems. Of course, Laurie and all of the others that actually work on your teeth are, like I say, very thorough. They explain everything. They relieve any fears or hesitation you might have, especially for people with kids coming in. I would say, "Don't worry. They'll take good care of you. They'll step you through it." Dr. R. and Dr. W., same thing. Of course, all of that expertise behind them to back everything up. I would definitely recommend them.

My experience with Dr. Wohlgemuth started as an employee. I was with Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein for three years. I, myself, was treated with him. I started with braces. Something that is also rare in a doctor's office is having your voice heard. Not every time are we in a bubble of life that things are going so well. Braces can sometimes be a hard point when you're having things that are going on in your life, and it's just not easy to get to appointments and such.

What I think is wonderful about the practice is that when you do have something going on, and unfortunately, I lost my father in the process of my first round of braces, and braces were just not on my mind. And I said, you know what, I really need a break. I really needed to get out of them for a little bit and he didn't say, “You're a quitter, you didn't finish.“He automatically understood that this was just not the right time for me to finish. I was blessed and able to revisit it at a later date.

I went into Invisalign and then braces and just was finally able to get the perfect result when it wasn't just treating teeth, it was treating the person and that was huge, as far as my experience is concerned.

I've always been a very smiley person, but I was smiley with a snaggle tooth, and the funny thing is my family loved my snaggle tooth, and they were actually upset that I was fixing it but I can tell you with confidence that I am much happier, much more pleased, and I like what I see now that my braces are off and that snaggle tooth is no more.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein. The experience is key. From the minute you walk in the door, being greeted by the staff, being welcomed in the back, feeling like you're part of an orthodontic family in an office and not just someone who you turn up and nobody knows who you are and you just kind of sit there and wonder if they remember you, to getting quality treatment, beautiful results, and like I said, just an overall wonderful result from start to finish.

My smile is literally everything to me—my smile and my hair because my teeth always have to be straight. Growing up, my teeth kind of a little moved but I have a retainer that I can wear. I think that even when talking to people, they always stare at your teeth so you really should have nice teeth. I think without the SureSmile, I don't think my teeth would have been as straight quick than they already was. It was only 12 months and that's not long at all. I think having a smile is like a huge deal, especially—I’m in a sorority. I don't know if many people know what that is but a lot of girls and if you have messed up teeth, it's not as exciting to look at. I think a smile attracts attention a lot. Most people that I know have come here, especially around Boca and everyone has a beautiful smile. I get compliments on my smile literally all the time, even from my dentist that I didn't have growing up. It's more of like an adult dentist that I got a few years ago and I think if you want to have this big smile like me, then you'd come here.

My daughter started out with an underbite and, facially, it was making such a tremendous difference in the way her face looked versus once now that she's fixed. She was not confident. Although she was a little girl, she was only five when we started and six when she really got into her orthodontic journey, already at that young age, she had noticed it and became conscious of it and discussed it. Now, when I tell you her entire face changed, I mean it. From having a more dishpan profile to this much more full profile, things that would have required a surgical case if we didn't address it when we did. It has changed her life in many ways, not just the Lily she is now, but the Lily she's going to be when she's 20.

I think everything that you invest in your children, in your own life, what you want out of life when you have an experience.It's all about the environment;just having been greeted nicely, being taken care of… good feeling.

Coming here has been great. Everybody's really kind and nice and helpful and you know, everybody is wonderful. Doctor R. is very pleasant, very nice, very kind, funny, kind of puts you at ease when you get there, whatever procedure you're going to have done. Explains everything fully and so ,he’s a great doctor.

The doctors, the staff, everybody that works here is so kind and encouraging and welcoming, so we've all had a great experience. Brady, my son, Olivia, my daughter, also just got her first retainer to help with grinding at night and so, my kids are always happy to come because they know that it will be a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I had braces when I was younger and, as a lot of people do, they don't wear their retainers, so I was crowding a lot. It was very—there was a lot of crisscrossing, underbite, whatever it is—I don't know the technical terms. It was messed up. My mouth was messed up. The result of that was very self-conscious. I was very self-conscious as an adult, didn't want to smile in pictures. I felt like I was 16 years-old permanently.

It's just something, like I said, I was very self-conscious about my teeth. It's just something I've always wanted to go back to was braces and get my teeth straight. I wanted to be able to smile in pictures again. I wanted to feel confident about myself again. So I started looking around. I'm a senior manager at an online marketing company for car dealerships. I'm meeting with people throughout the day, I'm interviewing people, I have to be able to keep up a professional look.

I wanted the braces as unnoticeable as possible, that was one of my main concerns when getting the braces. Still wanted to enunciate stuff properly and everything like that. That was one of the suggestions they gave me was ceramic. They didn't worry about the bottoms so much because my lips covered the bottoms a lot more. The top's more noticeable, so we just left it as ceramic on top there.

If you want to go to a place that will know, you will know you'll be taken care of, all your questions will be asked, every concern will be addressed, if you want to come out of it with a great looking smile and the confidence, come out of it with the confidence that you're looking for and all the while, still having fun, it’s a great place to start.

I was a class three: I had an inverted bite, kind of. It was more like that. I had my teeth—the bottom teeth were more forward.

I was younger, so I had a first stage and a second stage. I had to get a chin guard that tied from here up that brought my teeth forward and then after I fixed my alignment, then I got my braces. My top teeth were decent, but my bottom teeth were curved in. I thought for me, I see my friends all the time with two or three years, and I got kind of scared. I was nervous. I didn't really want to have braces. I think I was here eight months, and it was quick and easy.

The SureSmile did a great number because they explained to me what they were gonna do. They take your pictures of your teeth, they put them on the computer, then use a technology that they move tiny, itty bitty parts to get the perfect alignment for you, instead of getting a factory made one, which is for everyone.

Since I didn't want to have the metal in my mouth, I asked if there was any other opportunity, and they had new brackets. They're very up-to-dateand they gave me clear ones but they weren't like normal clear ones with the metal pieces, they were very clear.The first two days, no one noticed I had them, which was awesome.

The SureSmile also was not very visible, and it was ... as soon as you put them on, you know, you can feel them working and it's not like I heard my friends tell me about how much it hurts, like they couldn't really eat anything or stuff like that, but for me, it was maybe a day, and then I was perfectly fine. It was adjusted to me.

Well, this place was really quick, really fast, really easy. The technology was great. Everybody treats you like family. They know your name immediately, which makes you feel really important. They give you a big smile to greet you. The waits weren't long at all. It was just a great experience.

Well, originally my children were seeing Doctor Newman, the dentist next door. So, upon the recommendation of Doctor Newman and after having interviewed other offices as well, word of mouth is really important to me, even though I'm also in the field. So, I went with Doctor Wohlgemuth, whom I've had him treat my three children over the past six or seven years. I've been coming here quite often.

The girls, I have two girls who are older, and their smiles were okay, you know?They weren't bad but they needed a little bit of work. My son, on the other hand, I don't know if you've ever seen the Jewish cemetery in Prague but all of the tombstones are kind of lying on top of each other haphazardly and we had this running joke in my family that my son’s mouth looked like the Jewish cemetery in Prague and now they don't. His braces come off in about six weeks or so and he's got an amazing smile.

You know, it's him 2.0. It's a better version of the way he was before. It doesn't take anything away from him 'cause sometimes you look at some teeth and you look and look. They look like dentures, you know? They look completely the same, but my kids still have their character in their smile, which is great and they can floss in between.

Price-wise, they're competitive with other orthodontists in the area and personality and care is phenomenal.

Well, at the beginning it felt different having these metal pieces on your teeth: different to eat, you had to be more careful brushing, but otherwise, it's fine.

They give us very good tips to help us and they're not the type of people to just say, "Okay, here are your rubber bands, be back.”They'll tell you, "You might feel a little discomfort, Tylenol might help, some soft food.” They also give us ways to prevent sores like salt water gargle or this special stuff they give us or wax is a big part.

Looking forward to most is probably have a big, big straight smile with straight teeth.

Yes, they are an orthodontist place but they go the step further to make sure your teeth are straight. They make sure ... they try not to hurt you and they try to be as friendly as possible when you're scared.

When I was having my implants done and I had an infection that caused me to lose my teeth, everything shifted, and even when they did the temporary implants, they're saying to me, the periodontist and the dentist, "Your bite is really off. You have an underbite." I could see during treatment it was getting worse and I had spoken to my cousin and to actually some friends and my aunt who use Dr. W. and I had gone to all places, too, but he just made me feel so comfortable. He saw that there was a problem but he could explain the solution and he was so sure that he can solve my situation. I wanted my bite because of the bite being off. I get headaches also. I have a little TMJ. He dealt with everything so that he could give me that billion dollar smile.

With Dr. W., he shows you your progression. He is very state-of-the-art with his CT scans and his pictures. I'm amazed in a year ... I mean, my teeth have probably ... He’d say, "A quarter of an inch, a third of an inch." A quarter of an inch, a third of an inch of your teeth moving in your mouth is a lot. They're straight. They're where they're supposed to be. I even have less pain. I'm thrilled.

I had to get, actually, braces twice 'cause I had something called an overbite. So, the first time I got it,I was really young, so I was actually kind of scared. Right when you get your braces on, it's uncomfortable but then you start to get used to it and you kind of forget they're there. And as long as you just do what you're told and wear your rubber bands, wear your chain cuff and all that stuff, you don't even know it's there. So at first, it's kind of like a little scary and you get used to it, and like, the second time around, it didn't even phase me. I didn't really care. It was so easy for them to put it on, take it off, all that stuff. You could say I pull a decent amount of girls and I'd like to say it's somewhat from having a very good smile, also. It honestly makes everything better.

First of all, I feel like it's just, honestly, when your teeth are just straight, it's easier to eat, first of all. It just makes you more confident to smile in pictures and stuff. And it's just like, a great feeling to know that you have good teeth. Many people that see my teeth when I smile, they honestly compliment me and say, "You're teeth are so pretty. They're so straight." It just ... it's honestly a great feeling. Not only is Dr. W. such a great guy and such a fun guy to meet and just, nice, he’s just an all around great guy. But the staff here is amazing too. Like every ... I have like, bonds and relationships with every single person that works here. I've worked with all of them. They're just so pleasant and they just make it a better experience for something that can be scary or stressful at times.

When Rebecca was around 10 years old, we started orthodontic treatment. Basically, her jaw was fused. It was very ... an exception. Usually that doesn't happen so young. There were too many teeth in her mouth. Her mouth was very crowded. Therefore, they actually tried to expand her jaw and they couldn't. So, we were told there was really nothing they could do, short of surgery. When we started with Dr. W., we were advised to go see an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon actually pulled out a couple teeth, and he was actually able to correct her smile, her bite, her overall structure of the jaw without surgery.

I think it's helped her with her speech. I think it's helped her with her function of chewing food. Rebecca has cerebral palsy so it was really hard for her to not have her bite be aligned as well as her speech, so having her smile corrected really has helped her not only with eating: talking and self-esteem.

I have to say they went over and above and beyond. They were extremely warm and friendly and they made it to where Debbie just dealt with Rebecca, so she had one person that really knew the situation and was able to work with her and get the results. Not only did they get fantastic results, the time in which they got the results is unheard of. We went from being told that there was nothing they could do from other practitioners, that her jaw was fused, that she absolutely had to have surgery and that would mean her jaw actually had to be wired.

Rebecca was probably one of the most complicated cases you could find, textbook wise. We had, I would say, a couple different teams of orthodontists before we came to Dr. W. We took a leap of faith and we trusted the oral surgeon. We did remove two canines and then Dr. W. started his treatment with Rebecca. We didn't know what to expect but he had a really good feeling that he would have success with her. And really, it's a miracle. Not only did they do it but in a year, and to really have her bite and the result we got, was unheard of.

Rebecca was very compliant because she was comfortable. From walking in the door, being greeted, made to feel special, to Debbie who worked with her, who's truly an angel. The proof is in the pudding. My daughter was told by so many people that there was nothing they could do short of surgery. Dr. W. actually corrected her bite, her jaw, moved her teeth, and did it all within a year with no surgery. They can really handle a complicated case, to your most simple. They can do it very efficiently with warmth and complete professionalism. What more could you ask for?

From the moment you walk in from reception, everybody here, you're not a number. Everybody knows your face, knows your first name when you walk in, "How are you? How you doing?" It's one thing to be brilliant at what you do, but to have that bedside manner and to have a staff that's so kind and caring and it's not just job. It's like a family here and that to me means more than anything because anyone could be brilliant, but the warmth here is magnificent.

In my case I had a lot of issues because I have implants. My top teeth are all implants. So, he's only working on moving the bottom you can't move the top. He just knew whenever there was an obstetrical. He was like I would say the orthodontics of the Olympics. He just knew exactly what to do and that even my dentist, my periodontist have all been impressed.

Part of me is gonna miss coming here because you become part of this family.

I had had braces as a kid. When I had braces, my teeth were straight, and I wasn't good about wearing my retainerand so, over the years, as I got older, my teeth had moved slightly and I wasn't 100% happy with the way that they looked, and so I had been wanting Invisalign for a while and looking into it, and then just decided to go ahead and do it once I was here at the office.

The process was very easy. I came in, and they did all the X-rays, figured out what I needed to have done, sent away for the sets of trays. Once I did the trays—started wearing the trays, I think I did that, maybe, approximately a year. Once I was happy with the way that I looked, with the way my teeth looked and they were straight enough and I had finished with all the trays, they fitted me for my retainer. Invisalign is a lot less noticeable on a daily basis and you can pick and choose when you can wear them. You can take them out if you need to versus traditional braces that I would have had to have on constantly.

I'm 100% happy with it, the way that it looks, and confident in smiling whenever I want to. I would highly recommend using Dr. R. and Dr. W. Everybody here has been wonderful. Our family has used them for many different things. I've had Invisalign. My son has had expanders and braces,(that was his phase one of his treatment, and my daughter just recently got a retainer to help her with her grinding her teeth at night. We've all had wonderful experiences. We're very happy with Brady's teeth, how they've turned out, and his experience. I'm super happy with my teeth and love the way that they've turned out. My kids are very comfortable coming here and love it here. Like I said before, everybody is so, so nice and helpful and welcome. So, it's always a positive experience.

A referral to a specialist from me as a general dentist is a real reflection on me and my office and I have to have trust that my patients going to be treated in the way they're used to be treated in my office and I have to have faith that they're going to be treated to the highest standard, they have to have a great result, they have to have really good communication with the rest of the team and my office and they have to be treated as people very well. All of those things I've experienced over the last 20 plus years with Dr. [inaudible 00:00:37], so I'm very comfortable sending people here and knowing that, that's how they're going to be treated.

My two elder daughters, my youngest and my wife all have had treatment here at various times, so yes I'm very comfortable sending my patients and my family here. Patients are by and large very happy they were here. They're told that they're treated very well. The end results that I see from a technical standpoint have been excellent and I actually have had many opportunities in the past for people who were dissatisfied at other places for either technical reasons or personal reasons and those sort of things where they weren't being treated well as patients and weren't being respected are having much better experiences when I send them here.

I totally trust them to treat my patients with the care and concern that we treat them and that's a huge reflection on me, how well they're treated as people and Dr. [inaudible 00:01:39]team is excellent. I'm always comfortable because they interact so well with my team when we tell somebody see Dr. [inaudible 00:01:48], my office manager is able to say, say hi to this one, that one, and the other one and oh who changed your wires because we know them, they're a consistent bunch of really great people.

Earlier last year, I decided that I wanted to pursue either braces or Invisalign. I didn't really want to do braces, because obviously, I'm older and I don't want to have a bunch of metal in my mouth. So, I went to an orthodontist and they told me that I'm not a candidate for Invisalign and that I would need a really in-depth procedure, and that prompted me to find a new doctor, and I called Doctor W.’s office and he laughed and told me he can absolutely work with me and get Invisalign.

I was really worried about feeling self-conscious or having Invisalign in my mouth, I thought that anyone could see it. Nobody can notice it and my pictures, you can't notice it, so that's great. I definitely can tell that my smile is changing and the problem areas that I really wanted to tackle are already starting to show improvement.

I think it's awesome to be able to get my smile where I want it to be, especially in just the seven month period. I think that I really missed a curve when I was younger and I didn't improve my smile when I probably should have. And knowing that I can do it painlessly and with very minimal visible appliances in my mouth and very quickly is amazing.

Doctor W. is the only doctor that they should see. He is one of the best human beings on this planet. The Wohlgemuth family is just so generous and kind and compassionate and I can say that I've had friends that have come here. That's kind of how I got here and each and every person that's walked into this office, has walked out happy and with a smile.

Then you come back for periodic checkups and they make sure that the retainer's still fitting properly, your teeth haven't shifted, and that there's nothing else that they need to do to adjust to make sure that you remain in the perfect condition you were when you left.

Definitely more confident. I'm not the person that says, "Don't take a picture with me," because I know that my smile is going to be pretty. No, I just feel better about myself, so it was a really good decision to have the braces. It's not a long time in your life, so where braces may be ... You may be a little bit self-conscious, particularly as an adult that you're wearing braces, the end results definitely outweighs anything that you go through, through the entire time. Again, it's relatively painless and you come out with a great result. If having a better smile and being more confident is what you're aiming for, then I would say, absolutely come here.

My experience with Dr. Wohlgemuth started as an employee. I was with Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein for three years. I myself was treated with him. I started with braces. Something that is also rare in a doctor's office is having your voice heard. Not every time are we in a bubble of life that things are going so well. Braces can sometimes be a hard point when you're having things that are going on in your life, and it's just not easy to get to appointments and such.

What I think is wonderful about the practice is that when you do have something going on, and unfortunately I lost my father in the process of my first round of braces, and braces were just not on my mind. And I said, you know what, I really need a break. I really needed to get out of them for a little bit, and he didn't say, "You're a quitter, you didn't finish."He automatically understood that this was just not the right time for me to finish. I was blessed and able to revisit it at a later date.

I went into Invisalign and then braces and just was finally able to get the perfect result when it wasn't just treating teeth. It was treating the person. And that was huge as far as my experience is concerned.

I've always been a very smiley person, but I was smiley with a snaggle tooth, and the funny thing is my family loved my snaggle tooth, and they were actually upset that I was fixing it. But I can tell you with confidence that I am much happier, much more pleased, and I like what I see now that my braces are off, and that snaggle tooth is no more.

I would 100% recommend Dr. Wohlgemuth and Dr. Rothstein. The experience is key, from the minute you walk in the door, being greeted by the staff, being welcomed in the back. Feeling like you're part of an orthodontic family in an office, and not just someone who you turn up and nobody knows who you are. And you just kind of sit there, and wonder if they remember you, to getting quality treatment, beautiful results, and like I said, just an overall wonderful result from start to finish.

I had to get, actually, braces twice 'cause I had something called an overbite. So the first time I got it was really young, so I was actually kind of scared. Right when you get your braces on, it's uncomfortable. But then you start to get used to it and you kind of forget they're there. And as long as you just do what you're told and wear your rubber bands. Wear your [inaudible 00:00:16] and all that stuff, you don't even know it's there. So at first, it's kind of like a little scary and you get used to it. And like the second time around, it didn't even phase me. I didn't really care. It was so easy for them to put it on, take it off, all that stuff. You could say I pull a decent amount of girls and I'd like to say it's somewhat from having a very good smile also. It honestly makes everything better.

First of all, I feel like it's just honestly when your teeth are just straight it's easier to eat first of all. It just makes you more confident to smile in pictures and stuff. And it's just like a great feeling to know that you have good teeth. Many people that see my teeth when I smile, they honestly compliment me and say, "You're teeth are so pretty. They're so straight." It just ... It's honestly a great feeling. Not only is Dr. W such a great guy and such a fun guy to meet and just nice. He's just an all around great guy. But the staff here is amazing too. Like every ... I have like bonds and relationships with every single person that works here. I've worked with all of them. They're just so pleasant and they just make it a better experience for something that can be scary or stressful at times.

When Rebecca was around 10 years old, we started orthodontic treatment. Basically her jaw was fused. It was very ... An exception. Usually that doesn't happen so young. There were too many teeth in her mouth. Her mouth was very crowded. Therefor, they actually tried to expand her jaw, and they couldn't. So we were told there was really nothing they could do short of surgery. When we started with Dr. W, we were advised to go see an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon actually pulled out a couple teeth, and he was actually able to correct her smile, her bite, her overall structure of the jaw without surgery.

I think it's helped her with her speech. I think it's helped her with her function of chewing food. Rebecca has cerebral palsy, so it was really hard for her to not have her bite be aligned as well as her speech, so having her smile corrected really has helped her, not only with eating, talking, and self esteem.

I have to say they went over and above and beyond. They were extremely warm and friendly, and they made it to where Debbie just dealt with Rebecca, so she had one person that really knew the situation, and was able to work with her and get the results. Not only did they get fantastic results, the time in which they got the results is unheard of. We went from being told that there was nothing they could do from other practitioners, that her jaw was fused, that she absolutely had to have surgery, and that would mean her jaw actually had to be wired.

Rebecca was probably one of the most complicated cases you could find textbook wise. We had, I would say, a couple different teams of orthodontists before we came to Dr. W. We took a leap of faith, and we trusted the oral surgeon. We did remove two canines, and then Dr. W started his treatment with Rebecca. We didn't know what to expect, but he had a really good feeling that he would have success with her. And really, it's a miracle. Not only did they do it, but in a year, and to really have her bite and the result we got, was unheard of.

Rebecca was very compliant because she was comfortable. From walking in the door being greeted, made to feel special, to Debbie who worked with her, who's truly an angel. The proof is in the pudding. My daughter was told by so many people that there was nothing they could do short of surgery. Dr. W actually corrected her bite, her jaw, moved her teeth, and did it all within a year with no surgery. They can really handle a complicated case to your most simple. They can do it very efficiently with warmth and complete professionalism. What more could you ask for?

From the moment you walk in from reception, everybody here, you're not a number. Everybody knows your face, knows your first name when you walk in, "How are you? How you doing?" It's one thing to be brilliant at what you do, but to have that bedside manner and to have a staff that's so kind and caring and it's not just job. It's like a family here and that to me means more than anything because anyone could be brilliant, but the warmth here is magnificent.

In my case I had a lot of issues because I have implants. My top teeth are all implants. So, he's only working on moving the bottom you can't move the top. He just knew whenever there was an obstetrical. He was like I would say the orthodontics of the Olympics. He just knew exactly what to do and that even my dentist, my periodontist have all been impressed.

Part of me is gonna miss coming here because you become part of this family.

I had had braces as a kid, and had braces, my teeth were straight, and wasn't good about wearing my retainer, and so over the years, as I got older, my teeth had moved slightly, and I wasn't 100% happy with the way that they looked, and so I had been wanting Invisalign for a while and looking into it, and then just decided to go ahead and do it once I was here at the office.

The process was very easy. I came in, and they did all the X-rays, figured out what I needed to have done, sent away for the sets of trays. Once I did the trays, started wearing the trays, I think I did that maybe approximately a year. Once I was happy with the way that I looked, with the way my teeth looked, and they were straight enough, and I had finished with all the trays, they fitted me for my retainer. Invisalign is a lot less noticeable on a daily basis, and you can pick and choose when you can wear them. You can take them out if you need to versus traditional braces that I would have had to have on constantly.

I'm 100% happy with it, the way that it looks and confident in smiling whenever I want to. I would highly recommend using Dr. R and Dr. W. Everybody here has been wonderful. Our family has used them for many different things. I've had Invisalign. My son has had expanders and braces. That was his phase one of his treatment, and my daughter just recently got a retainer to help her with her grinding her teeth at night. We've all had wonderful experiences. We're very happy with Brady's teeth, how they've turned out, and his experience. I'm super happy with my teeth and love the way that they've turned out. My kids are very comfortable coming here and love it here. Like I said before, everybody is so so nice and helpful and welcome. So it's always a positive experience.

Earlier last year, I decided that I wanted to pursue either braces or Invisalign. I didn't really want to do braces, because obviously, I'm older and I don't want to have a bunch of metal in my mouth. So I went to an orthodontist and they told me that I'm not a candidate for Invisalign and that I would need a really in depth procedure and that prompted me to find a new doctor and I called Dr W's office and he laughed and told me he can absolutely work with me and get Invisalign.

I was really worried about feeling self-conscious or having Invisalign in my mouth. I thought that anyone could see it, nobody can notice it and my pictures, you can't notice it, so that's great. I definitely can tell that my smile is changing and the problem areas that I really wanted to tackle are already starting to show improvement.

I think it's awesome to be able to get my smile where I want it to be, especially in just the seven month period. I think that I really missed a curve when I was younger and I didn't improve my smile when I probably should have and knowing that I can do it painlessly and with very minimal visible appliances in my mouth and very quickly is amazing.

Dr W is the only doctor that they should see. He is one of the best human beings on this planet. The Wohlgemuth family is just so generous and kind and compassionate and I can say that I've had friends that have come here. That's kind of how I got here and each and every person that's walked into this office has walked out happy and with a smile.
